This is ran like a small, high-end sushi omakase, but the chef is hyper-focused on beef. He displays a card with information about that day’s cattle, where it was from, breed, etc. English proficiency is VERY weak here, but there is not much decide on. Beef sashimi, beef tataki/robata, and the handmade noodles were a highlight.
